Jessica Locas
As a child, my dearest birthday wish was to shop at Ikea. It was a heavenly day for me and I used to buy new items for my bedroom. Later, studies made me quit the family nest at 17 et, since then, I moved 7 times ! I love to move since it’s the perfect excuse to make new decoration projects ! My favorite part is getting to paint and see the effects of all the colors I chose so carefully. I have always done such an amazing job in my apartments that, when I left them, they were rented in less than two visits and my landlords could even raise the rent as the demand was incredibly high !! It’s at this moment that I knew I had to invest in real estate ! With a few doors to my name, I love to take care of my apartments and I am not sacred to dirty my hands. I can renovate them by myself, so it is easy for me to advise you well in your projects.
I have 8 years of experience in the practice of interior design and I am certified in interior and product design. I realized very stimulating projects one after the other, starting with simple decoration contract to luxurious kitchen and vast interiors layouts.

How is it to work with a designer
Our team is there to carry you through the whole design process. The first step in working with us is to plan a meeting at your place. Then, we work together on the project’s conception according to your needs. We realize the 3D and technical plans for the construction of your project. Then, we refer you to our construction team to start your project.
Initial meeting
Either virtual or in person, we use this meeting to ask you several questions on your tastes and needs. We give you a custom quote on the spot.
Conception
We translate our first ideas in the form of an inspiration moodboard that will guide us through the project’s conception. We also give you a few preliminary layout plan options.
Presentation
By video call, we present our first ideas to you in order to make sure the project is going in the right direction.
Conception
Following your suggestions, we realize the other steps of conception in greater details (elevations, plans, 3D perspectives, material choices)
Final presentation
This step is the one where we unveil the project and where your dream gets real !!
Technical quote
Once the concept is approved, we finalize some technical details and we give the construction plans to our suppliers.
Realization
You have everything in your hands to realize your project. If you have no contractor or cabinet maker to take charge of the project, it will be our pleasure to introduce you to some.
